Tomorrow I will start module 4, probably at lunch time since I am attending a debate watch party at night.

So the modules I just completed were some basics about studying smart, computer hardware and software, file management, text editors, keyboard shortcuts. Easy stuff, most of which I already knew.

But as I always say

don’t dismiss the basics!

because even when watching a beginner tutorial, chances are you will discover something you didn’t know and that was the case today. I discovered something new in file management that will probably help me at work as well as while working on projects for the bootcamp.

This video about file management managed to tell me something new about the computer’s default way of deciding if you want to move or copy a file. Now I know why my computer file management system does what it does and how to make it do what I want it it to do.

Life is full of surprises.
